Cancellation Policy
We hope to welcome you to your planned stay in our apartment. If this is not possible, please note the following cancellation conditions:
• Cancellations must be made in writing or by mail
• Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge
• For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival we charge 50% of the agreed services
• For cancellations up to 1 day before arrival we charge 80% of the agreed services
• Cancellations on the day of arrival or non-arrival will be charged with 100% of the booked services.
