Cancellation Policy
The rent depends on the time of the cancellation:
- from 3 months before arrival 30% of the amount agreed for the rental.
- from 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the amount agreed for the rental,
- from 4 weeks before arrival 80% of the amount agreed for the rental
- from 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the amount agreed for the rental
The landlord is required to rent the apartment in case of cancellation or no-show. Should the apartment be otherwise let, the amount will be reduced to the amount of the difference at a lower re-letting price It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
