The cozy balcony offers a great view over meadows and forests (climatic health resort). The parking space is directly in front of the house.

Booking conditions
Down payment: 20% of the rental price when booking
Final payment: 4 weeks before arrival
Arrival day: Daily - earliest arrival time: 15:00 o'clock
Departure: by 10:00 at the latest
Cancellation policy
The rent depends on the time of the cancellation:
- from 3 months before arrival 30% of the amount agreed for the rental.
- from 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the amount agreed for the rental,
- from 4 weeks before arrival 80% of the amount agreed for the rental
- from 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the amount agreed for the rental
The landlord is required to rent the apartment in case of cancellation or no-show. If the apartment can be rented elsewhere, then the amount is reduced to the amount of the difference to a lower re-letting price.It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
